Disclaimer: Service Capacity Limitation

Our Conflict of Interest Policy and consequently this disclaimer is under review and will be updated soon.

At Altruistic Consulting, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity across all our services. It is crucial to our operation to maintain transparency and avoid any conflicts of interest between our consulting and auditing roles, particularly as some of our team members serve as both auditors and consultants.

Policy Introduction

We strictly differentiate our services to ensure impartiality and compliance with NDIS Commission guidelines. Our operational practices are designed to clearly separate our consulting and auditing roles to prevent any conflicts of interest.

Service Engagement Policy

If we engage with you in one capacity (either as a consultant or as an auditor), it will be our policy not to serve in the other capacity. This ensures the independence and impartiality of our services. Also if you have had prior engagement with our members of the team (receiving Auditing or Consultancy) this will affect how we can provide services to you.

Conflict of Interest Declaration

Before engaging with any client, we conduct a thorough assessment to identify any potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict is identified, it is disclosed immediately, and appropriate steps are taken to resolve it, including stepping down from a potential consulting or auditing role.

Managing Conflicts

Should a potential conflict of interest arise, we will:

  • Inform you of the conflict and discuss potential implications.
  • Withdraw from either the consulting or auditing role, as applicable.
  • As much as practical recommend alternative providers or auditors where necessary to ensure your compliance needs are fully met without compromise.

Commitment to Our Clients

Our commitment to maintaining a conflict-free environment extends to all aspects of our client relationships. We encourage continuous open communication and invite our clients to discuss any potential conflict concerns at any point during our engagement.

This disclaimer is part of our commitment to provide transparent, high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to the strictest ethical standards.
